Position : Inside Sales

Location : Petaling Jaya (Selangor)

Duration : Permanent

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Quotation, Sales Order, etc via ERP systems.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Efficiently understand customers’ concerns and needs, and strategically propose the appropriate solutions to close sales
- Acquire depth understanding of the product range, markets, as well as customer needs and requirements
- Handling and maintaining good relationships with existing customers as well as new potential customers’ products such as renewals, ongoing projects etc.
- Has ability to seek vendors for pricing comparisons.
- Works with internal sales teams to achieve and/or increase individual and group sales targets drive as well as revenue opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales target.
- Performs reports on an ongoing and timely basis project, including quotation and renewals to Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services.

**Requirements**:

- Priority will be given to applicants with any relevant inside sales experience.
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Outspoken and good communication & interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications (Optional)
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
- Team player and independent worker

Working hours : 5 days a week, Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to RM3500

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
