Iterative exists to increase the GDP of Southeast Asia through entrepreneurship. As part of our work, we invest in a lot of entrepreneurs and have to organize and make quick decisions on many rounds. Managing this process at scale is no small feat, which is why we are seeking an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. No investment experience is required.

The Fund Ops Lead will be responsible for helping us scale our backend infrastructure as we grow. You will be reporting to our GP. While this role is multi-disciplinary and touches Finance, Accounting, Legal and Deal Execution, you don't need to be an expert in everything but it is imperative you come with a growth mindset. You'll be interacting frequently with our Founders, external Legal Counsel, Fund Admin, and LPs. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to learn how an Accelerator manages its Fund.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Deal Execution** - Work directly with portfolio companies to manage follow on financings, pro-rata decisions, and M&As. Assist in processing new deals, including term sheets and closing docs. You will play a key role in ensuring due diligence efforts related to fund investments are maintained at the highest standards, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- ** Fund Administration** - Work with external fund admin to provide quarterly and annual financial reports with IRR and other portfolio analysis. Work with external tax counsel to make sure investments and funds are setup correctly for tax purposes. Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and investor interactions.
- ** Process and Reporting Optimization** - You will work closely with the General Partners to implement systems and reporting capabilities for Fund Operations. Identify opportunities for streamlining fund processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
- ** Investor Relations** - Support investor queries by providing timely and accurate responses, managing financial reporting and portfolio analysis.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a Fund Operations role in a Venture Capital firm or a similar organization.
- Strong financial acumen - familiarity with building models, analyzing financial statements, valuations, reading cap tables, etc.
- Experience in managing legal documents and terms used in VCs.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for technology startups and helping founders grow.
- Familiarity with US funds is a bonus
