Customer Service Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and retain customer relationships
- Educate customers about the Bank’s products and services
- Complete the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department
- Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre guidelines
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication in English & Mandarin
- Able to work 24/7 shift including weekends & Public Holidays
- **Open for Diploma/Degree freshgraduates**:
- **Good command in Mandarin/Cantonese as need to deal with Taiwan & China market**
