l) Assist accounts in billing matters e.g. maintenance billing m) Performing Joint Inspection with owner/contractor after completion of unit’s renovation n) Preparing Maintenance Notice and Minutes of Meeting. o) Monitoring/assign tasks for Technician and Admin and reporting to BE & BM. p) Preparing renovation consent letter according to local authority approval and etc to shop lots owner/tenant and monitor their activities to avoid nuisance to other residents.. q) Routine site walk to monitor the service providers, on-going renovation and maintenance work by our technical team. r) Organize meeting with contractors/service providers regards to their service. s) Arrange relevant contractors immediately to rectify leaking issues at common area on urgent basis to avoid any inconvenience caused.

**Salary**: RM1,594.95 - RM3,500.00 per month
