The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing and executing strategic business relationship for basic courses which are BOSIET, Non OPITO course (HSE) and customise training courses with current and potential customers. He/she is to meeting customers, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. He/she collaborates with Operations for products development and identifying market needs. Coordinate and liaise with Customer Service to ensure timely respond on sales enquiries and course bookings with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

*Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, aggressive sales visitation, networking and social media.

*Provide swift and accurate respond to all inquiries, handling complaints and accelerate sales closure for all sales leads.

*Continuously analyse sales performance and develop catch-up plan to address shortfall.

*Assess current sales processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and execution.

*Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

*Maintain relationships with important customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

*Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

*Preparing quotations, proposals for customers.

*Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

*Participate in sales forecasts exercise.

*Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

*Performing and discharging additional task or ad-hoc assigned by Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Sales: 3 years (required)
