Sales Consultant

Job Scope:
1. Understand customer’s needs and perform professional consultation to propose treatments and wellness solution.
2. Able to manage administration including responsible for all messages online in Website, FB, IG and XHS inquires comments and reviews.
3. Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their appointment and maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
4. To achieve appointment and treatment booking targets.
5. To achieve and meet Sales targets.
6. Stay updated with industry trends new products and competitor offering.
7. Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.
**Requirements**:
1. Preferably with sales experience in Beauty industry /Call centre/sales administrative support role.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
3. Service oriented with good customers service skills and self-motivation for achieving sales targets.
4. Good work attitude and willing to learn.
5. Basic Computer knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google sheet, Words and Excel.
6. Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia an ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
