Key Responsibilities:

- Leading & fine-tuning the 3PL management process including kit management, achieving this through a close working relationship with Order Management, Commercial and other functional teams.
- Own the physical inventory control together with 3PL and maintain high inventory accuracy & minimize any stock variance Work as a team with Order Management to define the relevant master data setup in internal systems to ensure the end-to-end process efficiency.
- Own and drive functional improvements through root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Work with IT to deploy systems and tool strategies. to simplify & automate processes Define and analyze operational KPIs, and develop improvement strategies and plans with Operations Manager.
- Triage and resolve any issues or customer complaints based on process and data analytics
- Support Operations Manager and Supply Chain leaders in driving down the total Variable Manufacturing Cost.
- Support the implementation of the Corporate and East Asia/HK supply chain structure and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related fields.
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation & influencing skills.
- Confidence and flair in managing stakeholder expectations and lead discussions.
- 4 to 6 years working experience in 3PL management in MNC commercial settings. Medical Device experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in verbal and written English to communicate with different stakeholders in the process.
- JDE / SAP implementation experience a strong plus.
