Job Description - Proactively engage targeted customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries. - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Understand the assigned market segments, to promote and provide value added services as well as solution selling to customer with the support of our in-house experts. - Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set. - Enter and update customer information in the database. Job Requirement - Must have a minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree with 2 years of experience in telemarketing field. - Must be able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. - Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend. - Willing to be based in UOA Business Park. - Preferable to have own transportation. Other benefits: - Basic Salary: up to RM2,400.
