Telesales (Customer Service) - Lab Equipment

**Key Purpose of the Role**:
- Secure new customers in MNC/SMI industries by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.
- Expand market awareness of products & services and manage projects and relationships with customers.
**Strategic Outcome**:
- Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to articulate service solutions to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing**:
- Develop sales and marketing plan and execute the plan to achieve yearly sales target.
- Identify current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements.
- Provide service solution to potential and existing customers.
**Technical Advisory and Product Advocate**:
- Attend to customers' technical and commercial inquiries and provide technical/sales support to ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Communicate service solutions effectively, demonstrating market leadership and expertise.
- Interact with customers’ engineering teams/lab user to illustrate solutions.
- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
- Training/Developing support material for other members of the sales team.
**Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management**:
- Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.

**Mandatory**
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a Sales/Service environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- TeleMarketing: 2 years (preferred)
