**Customer Services Account Manager - Customer Operations**
We're currently looking for a **Customer Services Account Manager **on a permanent and full-time basis. This position sits within the Customer Operations department based in Glasgow.
The Customer Service Account Manager will be the dedicated point of contact for all operational enquiries received from ACCA's partners and will assume ownership for resolution keeping the partner and internal stakeholders updated, as required. The Account Manager will maintain and develop relationships with ACCA's key partners and will work closely with various business departments in order to sustain and further develop the relationships with the accounts.
**The job**
Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Service, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Ensure partner enquiries are handled within the agreed service level agreement whilst adhering to ACCA's quality framework
- Working cross functionally with the wider business, as part of a virtual team,to ensure colleagues in Markets and within Customer Service have suitable support for their interactions with partners
- Demonstrate behaviour that drives, motivates and educates other departments to continually seek improvements for the benefit of our partners.
- Influence others to deliver continuous improvement outcomes to improve the Customer Satisfaction scores and overall Customer Experience of our key partners.
- Support our partners through ACCA's strategic changes to exams and digital transformation.
- Produce insight reporting for internal senior stakeholders enabling the enhancement of the relationship between ACCA and its partners.
- Debt management - ensuring all partners are invoiced in line with their payment policy and that payment is received within the agreed time frame, escalating where appropriate to local contact
- Be an ambassador for ACCA treating all internal and external customers with respect and in a professional manner at all times.
**The person**
We're looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:
- The post holder requires excellent customer services skills with demonstrable experience of working in a customer focused role.
- Experience in delivering positive improvements to the customer experience of customers.
- Knowledge of ACCA's B2B partner network and current support model.
- The role requires a well organised, logical and methodical approach to work with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience
- A positive attitude and approach to work
- Ability to multi-task using different systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external customers.
