_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
- Ensure proper processing and filing of documents and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the MHW/IFCA system.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, purchasers, and solicitors for signing arrangements of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and other related documents.
- Assist in project launches and other important events as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
