We invite a skilled, forward-thinking Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will steer our Ecommerce sales channels, with the objective to plan and execute our ambitious annual Ecommerce sales & growth plans. You will work alongside strong marketers and top management to strengthen and scale-up the Blood online business.

You must have hands-on experience managing Ecommerce channels (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify). A good eye for effective PDPs will help immensely. At the same time, you are expected to move fast and be comfortable operating at an analytical, yet tactical, level and be deeply grounded in consumer insights and data.

**Core Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Channel Search, Display, and Campaigns (30%)**
- Shortlist, secure, and manage payday, double digits campaigns, launches and any signed packages with the platforms with RoAS in mind
- Change out visuals and PDP images/copy regularly, depending on campaign (working hand-in-hand with design and brand team)
- Increase marketplace SRP CTRs by optimizing PDP thumbnails and titles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Ecommerce platform account managers, and be the main point of contact, ensuring we participate in platform level campaigns and get more traffic boosts/exposure
- For Shopee/TikTok, scale up keyword and display ad spend within reasonable RoAS

**Ecommerce Channel Promotion Planning and Execution (30%)**
- Create and implement tactical offers/mechanics/promotions to support marketing ads, campaigns and initiatives across marketplace, DTC and Tiktok platform.
- Drive growth by collaborating with marketers to develop and execute both digital and physical marketing pushes such as events, sampling, live-stream selling etc.

**Ecommerce Channel ATC, AOV and CVR Improvement (30%)**
- For each channel (e.g. Shopee, TikTok, Shopify etc.), keep experimenting to improve ATC, CVR and AOV
- Drive PDP improvements, bundling, volume promotions, and other Ecommerce optimizations and improvements across all Ecommerce touchpoints

**Analysis & Team Communications(10%)**
- Develop a cadence of tracking key metrics and insights by channel, in order to align with growth leaders, marketers and channel specialists
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data of new vs returning users, identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze data to ensure promotion and marketing effectiveness (Eg: ATC to CVR, vouchers, peak time etc)
- Work closely with Ops team to forward plan Ecommerce inventory/packing demand, and finance team for monthly reconciliations

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience managing and growing Ecommerce channels (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify)
- A hunger for growth is critical because you will be driving some of the biggest channels of Blood’s sales growth
- Fast learner and a team player with a bias to action, while being detailed-oriented
- Strong analytical ability to use quantitative data to develop actionable insights and then execute them, with a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, ATC, AOV, CVR.
