Operation Assistant

**Duties and Functions of Operations Assistant**:

- Inbound scanning and fine sorting - Monitor drivers, print out runsheets, and ensure that all inbound consignments are out for delivery
- Arrange and allocate drivers for consignment pickups in our system system
- Maintain vehicle assets in coordination with the fleet management & maintenance supervisor, including invoice submissions
- Compile driver performance such as PUD volume and attendance, then pass info to network performance for payment processing
- Collect and arrange for DO return

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM
- Have work experience for 1 year / Fresh graduate is welcome
- Diligent and responsible

EPF, SOCSO contributions are also provided to employees.
