- Job Purpose

Operation Executive is in charge to ensure the operation efficiency and maximize the profit for the company operation. He/ She will use the available data to review efficiency of the operation and provide constructive idea for improvement purpose.

**Job Description**:
1. Provide sales operational support (replenishment, transfer, return, etc.) to _all company sales division_ and assist in day-to day coordination

2. To issue POR, assign to related PIC & ensure the execution of the transfer.

3. To monitor on the inventory balance, troubleshoot and handle all issues that arise

4. To plan the stock take, supervising on the execution, update completion and the variance report submission.

5. To verify and prepare weekly & monthly inventory closing and margin report.

6. To maintain the system "stock maintenance".

7. To identify the operational SOP issue, fixed and provide constructive idea for improvement purpose.

8. Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required by the management.

Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in operational and inventory handling-related tasks.

2. Diploma or above in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

4. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.

5. Committed to working efficiently and accurately.

Working Hour : Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Monthly Performance Reward : RM200-RM500/month

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
