Prior experience as a teacher or tutor is usually required to become a tuition center principal. This experience helps in understanding the teaching and learning process and managing the academic aspects of the center.
3. Leadership skills:
A tuition center principal needs strong leadership and management skills to oversee the center's operations effectively. This includes managing teachers, staff, and students, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures.
4. Communication skills: Good
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
