Administration Officer

A design and digital marketing company based in Kuching is looking to hire an **Administration Officer** with accounting experience to support our team with tasks like bookkeeping, paperwork management and ensuring the well-being of our staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle paperwork to keep our operations running smoothly;
- Keep up-to-date on finance-related matters;
- Manage office supplies and bills;
- Communicate with suppliers regarding contracts and orders;
- Organise and file daily documents;
- Prepare meeting minutes;
- Provide daily work updates directly to the Management.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum diploma holder in Business or any related field;
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Previous experience in creative teams will be an added advantage;
- Proficiency in the use of Google Suite for effective office management;
- Exceptional command in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and other languages;
- Good team player with a pleasant personality.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
