**Role Overview**: A Front Office Manager oversees the front office operations, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth functioning of the department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision**: Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierges.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- **Guest Relations**: Handle escalated guest complaints and issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Financial Management**: Prepare and manage the front office budget, monitor expenses, and handle billing inquiries.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Several years of experience in front office operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and financial management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
