Front Office Assistant

Handle daily guest, check in and check out process.
- To handle cash payment, and ensure monies are deal with as per company cash handling policy and procedure.
- To provide upscale guest service experiences for guest throughout their stay.
- To ensure guest are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- To monitor daily bookings/online booking and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
- To prepare night Audit report
- To assist daily arrangement of groups booking and arrival.
- To examine self-duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
- To maintain friendly relationships with all hotel guest.
- To answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner accordance to hotel standards.
- To make reservations over the phone and in person.
- To keep work area neat and tidy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
