**Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

**2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business.

**3. Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on their potential impact on the business.

**4. Product and Service Promotion**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for products and services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our offerings and build brand visibility.

**5. Contract Negotiation**:

- Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other partners to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.

**6. Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of import and export operations.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve overall company processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the import and export industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
