You'll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth together.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the full spectrum of Human Resource Department, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit, and training.
- Assist in payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and efficient handling of payroll enquiries.
- Stay updated on relevant labour laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance.
- To uphold, enforce and ensure adherence to the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR operations, including employee data administration in HRIS (Human Resource Informative System) & HR-related correspondence.
- Supervisor admin clerk and her general office administrative tasks (office equipment & asset management, staff attendance etc.)
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Statutory requirements and other related legislation
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility
- Knowledge in handling Microsoft Office system (computer literate)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work, disciplined and confidential
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
