**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare product costing and quotation for customer.
- To co-ordinate with customer related to sales order and shipment arrangement.
- Communicate with customer on the delivery schedule.
- Prepare marketing and sales documentation.
- Timely and quality response to customer request to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction.
- Assist in handling import/export shipment and related shipping document preparation for custom declaration & clearance.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English due to needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking prospects and clients.
- Knowledge in shipping documentation will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
