KBOFM is a facility company which provides facility management service and support to our clients.
**Job Responsibility**
- Manage office administrative
- Keep and maintain documentation including filing of documents
- Manage invoice payment on weekly basis
- Responsible to carry out research, communicate and liaise with suppliers
- Handle office equipment purchasing and inventory management
- Assist in directors’ claim
- Performing the ad-hoc task assigned by superior
**Job Requirements**
- Have at least Diploma or Degree in any field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experiences preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude
- Attention to details
- SPM holders with 3 years working experience are welcomed to apply
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
