**Job Descriptions**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Management or such other qualification;
- Review and execute of all documentation in relation to tenancy matters,
- including letters of offer, tenancy agreements and such other agreement as required.
- To coordinate and follow up on tenancy administrative related matters including liaising with related solicitors, insurance agents, local authorities and within internal stakeholder.
- To ensure that all tenancy related listing is always maintained, updated and shared accordingly to relevant stakeholder
- Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules.
- Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
- Maintains and organizes meeting schedules.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Good knowledge of using Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command of English, Malay and Chinese (both written and verbal);
- A team player, possess positive working attitude, responsible, committed to work, driven, proactive, organized, meticulous and resourceful.
