**Requirements**:
- Experience on Film Production would be advantage
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in administration / Financial Executive
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A good team player, hardworking and have a good sense of urgency to handle daily matters
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Compile documents and report for freelancers/ vendors' payment to Finance.
- Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
- General administrative work such as typing, filling, letter drafting etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue quotations & invoices
- Prepare admin documentation
- Prepare HR-related documentation
- Prepare & maintain staff records (Leave, Attendance, Contract, Termination and etc.)
- Implement any general task as assigned.
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies
