Vacancy: Account & Admin Executive

Job Description:

- Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/Bank /GL functions)
- Manage the day-to-day operation
- Processing sales invoices and ensuring the timely collection
- To maintain inter-co transactions and monitor reconciliation
- Financial and management reporting
- Prepare audit schedules
- Handle inquiries related to sales matters from customers & sales team
- Manage customers feedback and provide appropriate solutions
- Any other duties /tasks as assigned related to your role
Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Accountancy.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
