**Job Descriptions**

Responsible for full set of accounts and monthly accounting reconciliation

Responsible for data entry and maintain proper filing system, ensuring all records are up to date and in proper order in day-to-day operation in accounting

Prepare monthly accounts like balance sheet, income statement etc. and reports which include claims, EPF, merchants, suppliers and other related bills and vendors.

Responsible for inter-company billing and invoicing

Responsible for banking related matters: cheque, deposits, and online transactions

Responsible for ensuring transactions accuracy

Liaise with auditor and tax agent for accounts and tax purposes

HR related duties like employee on boarding, attendance tracking and leave management etc.

Responsible for administrative tasks like photocopying, arrangement and filling system, ensure office tools are working and well-maintained by arranging maintenance services

Perform admin related duties and other adhoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in handling full set of accounts

Excellent interpersonal skills

Independent, able to multitask and work within timeline

Able to work in fast pace environment and run errands for banking and postages activities (if any)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:
