advise user on appropriate action
- follow standard help desk procedures
- follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Working closely with Operations support team members for user and further technical assistance.
- Create & handling all tickets pertaining to customer cases & follows up closely until case resolved.
- To exceed customer’s expectation in term of customer services & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Periodic Maintenance Announcement.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reconciliation reports or analysis report
- Any other duty assigned from time to time
- Willing to work at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,740.19 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
