**Job responsibilities**:
Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintaining and organizing records, documents, and files.
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
- Ensuring proper filing and archiving systems are in place.
Data Entry and Database Management:

- Inputting and updating data in databases and information systems.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generating reports and summaries from databases.
Administrative Support:

- Providing support to various departments and teams as needed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Job requirement:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Able to commit full one month period

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
