**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfilling tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Performing clerical duties.
- Responsible for general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.
- Assist in managing the flow of paperwork.
- Provides general administrative support to Project Management Office.
- Assist in ensuring that all administrative tasks are organized and completed on time and on and when needed basis and assist in the day-to-day administrative functions and the delivery of a wide variety of programs within the Project Management Office.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Project Management/ Business Management or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
