Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and stake-holder for project support.
- Retrieve and report necessary information to project leader include progress tracker update, access permit and etc.
- Schedule regular project meeting with internal members for progress update and address potential issues.
- Experience in preparing PO, DO, invoice and claim submission.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in related fields
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft excel, word, power point and outlook.
- Solid time-management skill and work experience as administrator is prefer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently.
- Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under tight dateline and with a positive mindset.
- Must be independent and resourceful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
