Job Responsibilities:

- Specifying and building tools to improve the speed and quality of support.
- Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working closely with product teams to understand and give input into product changes relating to the

customer service department.
- Assisting with the design and rollout of new support channels and service offerings.
- Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations.
- Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service functions.
- Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service.
- Taking part in forecasting and budgeting for customer service and tracking the actual performance against

budget.
- Supporting customer service teams through required changes.
- Working closely with Operation Manager to help customer service deliver on their components of overall

company goals and objectives.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and

expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and

stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
- Evaluating standards of component products.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Familiar with flow chart or mind maps (eg. draw.io or xmind) will be preferred.

Other job requirements:

- A team player, task oriented and possess good communication skills and customer service skills.
- Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
- Positive, possess a “Can Do” attitude and cheerful personality.
- A minimum Diploma or above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
