**Join Our Team as a Accounts Executive (Revenue Assurance)**

As a Accounts Executive (Revenue Assurance), you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company & financial health by identifying and mitigating risks associated with revenue leakage and ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.

You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing, timely revenuerecognition, ensuring timely payments, develop and implement revenue assurance strategies to minimize financial risk and the prevention of revenue leakage.

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive - Revenue Assurance located in
and financial integrity of the company’s billing system, the company’s ongoing and future collections, reconciling of accounts, and identifying revenue leakages.
- Monitor Aging Report weekly.
- Send monthly Statements of Accounts.
- Issue reminder letters to customers with accounts aged over 90 days.
- Assist in initiating Letter of Demand with Group for potential default customers.
- Prepare and share Customer Aging Reports, including collection status.
- Generate Doubtful Debts Report and ensure accuracy before posting.
- Perform credit limit analysis and maintenance for new and existing customers.
- Review credit limits based on payment behavior and financial background.
- Create invoices per company practices and submit them through client / vendor
portals.
- Conduct monthly journal postings for staff claims.
- Investigate discrepancies and variances in revenue data and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and revenue-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to revenue assurance
activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous process
improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance policies and
procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in debt collection and credit control.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, collection, accounting, or
finance.
