**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for monthly closing of management account of the Company and ensure meeting all requirement of applicable approved accounting standards.
- To be responsible for preparing comprehensive management accounts and associated supporting schedules with precision and efficiency.
- Preparation of any financial ad-hoc reports.
- Monitoring cash flow position and ensure availability of sufficient funds.
- Assists in developing and implementing proper internal controls and accounting reporting policies.
- Manage invoice review and payment processing, demonstrating proficiency in vendor relationship management and streamlined financial operations.
- To prepare invoices for approval by the Finance Director.
- To ensure that the Account Receivables records are updated accurately and timely for management reporting purposes.
- To review and process staff claims.
- Liaison with Auditors, Company Secretary, Tax Agent and Bank Officers.
- Adaptable and resourceful, readily taking on any ad-hoc tasks required by the Finance Director.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting possess 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Capability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

The Malaysia center will cater to Malaysian market, south east Asia and middle east market. Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
