**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide service and guidance to customers.
- Answering customer’s queries in any communication channel and provide the best solution to customers.
- Update sales statement in the sales tracking system.
- Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
- Develops a strong relationship with customers and generates trust with an open and interactive communication.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to be involved in sales.
- A personality that is not afraid of challenges.
- Learns about new [products or services] quickly.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection & good negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and research on the market trends.
- Able multi-task.
- Able to adapt to interacting with any client and have good understanding skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.
- Good problem-solving skill.
