**Requirements**
- Preferable with a minimum of one (1) year of customer service-related experience
- Strong customer management skills.
- Good communication skills and well-versed in English, Malay, & Mandarin.
- Ability to manage escalated issues / difficult customers.
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the customer's satisfaction.
- Respond to customers' inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Good listening, interpersonal, organizational skills & customer service orientation.
- Adaptability, initiative & stress tolerance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies.
**Responsibility**
- To answer all calls promptly and complying with the basic telephone courtesy protocol
- Respond to general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to the hospital services and facilities
- To determine the nature of the telephone calls and to clarify with the caller on the name of the consultant/doctor (where required)
- To direct calls to relevant department / Medical Concierge / Telemedicine Command Centre for any medical / clinical enquiries
- Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
- Proper care and handling of equipment’s to avoid damage.
- Update all oneself and all other staff with new information about the Organization
- Ensure all stationery are sufficient and place order as and when required
- Any other ad hoc jobs may be assigned to you from time to time
**Benefits**
Remuneration package:
- Basic: RM2500 - RM3000 (Based on experienced and performance during interview with open negotiable)
- Language allowance: RM300
- Attendance allowance: RM100
- KPI allowance: RM500
- Medical & hospitalization covered
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered
Working hour:
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Monday - Saturday, Including Public Holiday
- Working location: Sunway Medical Centre
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
