**Jolicare** is the #1 Herbal Sensitive Skincare brand by Airda Group, with the mission to inspire and empower families and individuals with itchy and sensitive skin to live freely.

**OBJECTIVE**:
Drive sales and manage customer support across various marketplaces and sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify for our Jolicare brand, aimed at improving the lives of those with itchy and sensitive skin.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Customer Support and Interaction**
- Handle customer questions and purchases on all eCommerce channels, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
- Ensure fast and helpful responses to deliver world-class customer experience.
- Continuously improve customer experience process.

**2. Optimize Sales on Marketplaces**
- Execute marketing strategies, promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost sales on various marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Optimize storefront, product details, and images to improve conversions.
- Engage with customers to build loyal fans
- Keep product details up-to-date and monitor customer reviews.

**3. Market & Customer Analysis**
- Research and understand what customers truly want.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve business decisions and grow business sales.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1-year experience in managing online stores on eCommerce marketplaces** such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Fluent in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools
- Experience in digital marketing and design is a plus.
- Experience in customer experience on eCommerce is a plus.
