**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for leading the marketing department to maximize Marketing ROI & Sales Pipeline Value by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brand.

The Sr Marketing Director owns and oversees Marketing OKRs. They understand the ins and outs of marketing strategy, campaign execution, analysis & reporting, and staff management — all while keeping tight control over the bottom line. This role is accountable for the marketing budget and ROI. This role is part analyst, part strategist, part manager, that creates and implements strategies, tactics, campaigns, and brand messaging.

**KPIs**:

- Marketing ROI
- # of quality MQLs per month, that turn into sales accepted leads & appointments
- $ value of pipeline created, and deals won from marketing channels

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team to optimize and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
- Managing & mentoring the existing marketing team
- Working closely with the sales team to assess the quality of leads, ensure prompt follow-up, assess campaign performance, and continually feedback on marketing efforts
- Driving a revenue-first approach to marketing, whilst injecting a healthy dose of creative/branding to set us apart from the competition.
- Connecting everything you do to the end goal of creating revenue from marketing efforts; from branding to more immediate lead generation efforts - you understand exactly the mix required to produce high-quality leads, and deals won.
- Owning the paid media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads & beyond to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for B2B services businesses.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external SEO & content experts to own, direct, and manage our website, organic traffic growth, blog production and accelerating deals won from this channel.
- Spearheading events and tradeshows to sponsor, as well as execution of these events.
- Assisting with other marketing efforts required to accelerate ROI from marketing efforts such as PR, securing case studies, video assets, landing page creation, conversion rate optimization & beyond.
- Over time, working closely with delivery & fulfillment teams to assist with upsell, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
- Spearheading operations efficiencies, using Hubspot, across sales, marketing & client service and ultimately improving CSAT & CX.
- Allocate marketing budgets optimally across channels and grow marketing spend profitably over time.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a B2B setting
- Deep experience in the eCommerce industry and/or working with DTC eCommerce brands
- Deep experience with Hubspot Sales, Marketing & Service suites
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for agencies or SaaS companies
- Direct management experience in managing a small team of 3-10
- Track record of growing revenue for B2B companies
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
