**Job Summary**:
As an Advertiser Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing,

growing and optimizing the advertiser affiliate programs for Boostiny. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with advertisers, implementing initiatives on the operational and strategic aspects in order to grow your accounts. You will have to wear multiple hats to support tactical tasks as well. Bilingual skills, specifically in Bahasa Indonesia and English, are necessary for effective communication with advertisers and internal teams. Previous work experience in an affiliate network or similar industry is required.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Advertiser Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to understand their goals and

objectives.
- Provide ongoing strategy guidance, and feedback to advertisers to optimize their affiliate

programs.
- Regularly communicate with advertisers to address queries, resolve issues, and share

performance updates.

2. Affiliate and Influencer Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Identify potential affiliates & Influencers partners and recruit them to join advertiser

affiliate programs.
- Analyze affiliates' capabilities, traffic sources, and promotional methods to ensure

alignment with advertiser goals.
- Negotiate media placements, commission increases and other strategies on behalf of

the advertiser.

3. Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Bring new strategies to the advertiser in order to maximize revenues through the affiliate

and influencer marketing channel
- Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to enhance their

promotional efforts.

4. Compliance and Quality Control:

- Ensure partners adhere to advertiser guidelines, policies, and industry regulations.
- Monitor affiliate promotional activities to maintain brand integrity and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve any instances of fraudulent or non-compliant activities.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, revenue trends, and key

metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create & share periodic performance reports with advertisers.

**Qualifications**:

- Mid level position
- 4-5 years experience within account management role
- Previous work experience in an affiliate network or similar industry is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential for effective

communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain advertiser

relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of online marketing, performance-based marketing, and affiliate

marketing models.
- Familiarity with tracking platforms, affiliate networks, and online advertising tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the South East Asian affiliate market is a must
- Influencer marketing knowledge is a plus.
