- Ensuring office is running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring financial transactions are processed properly, liaising with suppliers
- Processing expense and claims accurately, supporting recruitment activities.
- Preparing training materials for and completing proper documentation
- Preparing contracts, SOPs and other paperwork, managing digital filing system.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of working experience in an administrative role.
- Malaysian citizenship.
- Good command of spoken and written English. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia. Clear communication skills.
- Professional work ethic, capable of managing oneself and accomplishing tasks with mínimal supervision. Reliable and responsible.
- Enthusiasm for learning and trying new things. Adaptable and enjoy new challenges bringing a positive attitude to work each day.
- Excellent organisation skills and superb attention to detail
- Willingness to go the extra mile for the team when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
