1. Clear understanding of the company business strategies. Setting goals and action plans to achieve targeted sales and marketing. 2. Accountable for meeting sales goals and overall quality customer service. 3. Update action plans and sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 4. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales 5. Conduct daily sales call and arrange site inspection trips. 6. Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication and build a rapport long term relationship 7. Closely on following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients. 8. To update with all marketing promotional information of the company. 9. To maintain a high profile of professionalism in area of sales coverage. 10. To develop and maintain and improve business relations with all the customers. 11. To prospect and grow an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales. 12. To pursue long term account strategy that maximized profits and assist in cultivating long term relationship with decision makers. 13. To analyse market trends, market share and competitors pricing. 14. Promotes the conference venues, banquets and events also F&B on regular basis through site inspections, sales calls and presentation. 15. Develop strong relationship with other departments to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals. 16. All other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
