**Job Descriptions**:

- Upkeeping of Head Office including pantry, fixtures, fittings, equipment, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Liaising with Company Secretaries, especially on resolutions and related company documentation.
- Attending to insurance matters for all company's properties and restaurants.
- Attending to the company's properties and restaurant's local authority licenses.
- Handling company's vehicles, road tax, summons, and insurance.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Any other administrative roles and functions.
- Office stationary control and distribution.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business administrative or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in F&B industry.
- Must be responsible, initiative, and independent and able to meet reporting datelines.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skill.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Good interpersonal skills and communications skills

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
