Job Description: -Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and invoices. -Prepare and process financial transactions, such as payments, deposits, and reimbursements. -Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. -Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing relevant financial reports to management. -Handle payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries and benefits. -Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for financial matters, negotiating terms and processing payments. -Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary guidelines. -Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes. -Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses. -Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. -Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. -Support the team in preparing financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. -Update and maintain financial databases and records accurately. -Handle general office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. -Assist in tax-related matters, including tax filing and compliance. -Stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends to ensure adherence to best practices. -Provide administrative and financial support to the management team as needed. Requirements: -Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. -Experience: Proven experience in admin and financial management. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel. -Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. -Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking and time management. -Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. -Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards. -Preferred: Relevant certifications and industry experience *Urgent hiring (Interview will be held on 4/8/2023)
