**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Admin**
- Able to provide general administrative support (temperature sheet, teacher observation report, student report card, assessment paper, ticket) for preschool and educare centre
- Responsible for preschool and educare student registration and maintain accurate enrollment records. (preschool - littlelive; educare
- ikey)
- Ensure every preschool and educare children equip with progress report file and stationary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Prepare invoice and receipt for preschool / educare student.
- Prepare master copy and send to finance PIC on 15th of every month
- Maintain proper records on inventories (stationary etc.)
- Able to prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Able to draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and official communications.
- Assist Principals in planning and organizing school events, workshops, and other festival event. Conduct research and gather information (festival/ school event deco items, sport day items, concert children costume/ prop, festival/holiday program student material etc.) as needed for decision-making and planning.
- Work collaboratively with other administrative staff, teachers, and support personnel to ensure smooth preschool / educare operations.
- Participate in the centre’s activities

**Procurement**
- Provide monthly utility bill reports (TNB, AirSelangor, Indah Water, Unifi, Astro, Zenon Photostating) and clear the bill on 1st week of every month
- Delivering high-quality purchasing services on a day-to-day basis according to defined procedures, respecting quantity, quality, and timing.
- Ensures quality of services provided and contributes to improvement and knowledge management of purchasing processes.
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluating suppliers, products, and services that are cost-efficient and of high quality, and ensuring that items or services are purchased are delivered on time
- Provide monthly reports and analysis to principal on the usage of school’s stationeries, items and equipment for control and saving purpose.
- To perform sourcing and purchase of goods and services according to the specified budget, quality, and delivery targets.
- Manage purchasing and contracting activities and ensure the appropriate methods and procedures are being followed.
- Supervise and coordinate to ensure work assignments are completed on time in all phases including local, overseas, online purchases of books, equipment, learning, and teaching resources, printings, furniture, stationery, and other resources.
- Forecast levels of demand for services and products to meet school needs; manage logistic and supply activities including determining stock and inventory levels and materials to be orders.
- Maintain purchasing information, files, contracts, records (purchase orders, budget approval, vendor files, etc) to ensure availability of documentation for future usage. To prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation on all purchases, correspondence accurately with good follow up and follow through.
- To undertake additional duties and tasks assigned and assume responsibilities as may be assigned by principal
