Inside Sales Executive

**Your new roles & responsibilities**:
- Building rapport with the client’s person-in-charge and the business decision-makers.
- Understanding the client’s business needs and requirements.
- Routing and supporting the Account Managers on qualified leads for further development and closure.
- Conducting target customer research, identifying key customer contacts, and creating activities for customer interests.
- Arranging and conducting effective online demos to prospect customers for solution selling as well as channel partners for sales and technical enablement.
**Criteria to meet**:
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Inside Sales, experience in handling any of Network Solutions, Information Technology, SAAS, IAM or Cyber Security products is an advantage.
- Strong phone presence and experience in handling 20-30 calls per day
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
