Assist in managing and maintaining financial records and documentation for the

hotel.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable

records.
- Reconcile financial statements and bank statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and cash float transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information in the

accounting system.
- Support the accounts payable function by verifying invoices, obtaining approvals,

and processing payments.
- Assist in credit control activities, including following up on outstanding invoices and

resolving payment discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
