Accounts Manager

1) Responsible for accounting work, prepare various financial statements and financial reports and to reflect the company's financial status and operating results in timely and accurate manner. 2) To handle and operate China Accounting Software. 3) Prepare fund allocation plan, allocate funds reasonably and ensure the safety of fund. 4) Review and conduct proper tax declaration & submission in accordance with taxation regulations. 5) Responsible for communication and coordination with banks, accounting firms, taxation bureaus, relevant departments of the headquarter in China and all other relevant units. 6) Formulate, improve and supervise the implementation of company's financial management system, regulations and methods. 7) Responsible for providing financial data to relevant departments and cooperating with various audits and inspections. 8) Organize and prepare annual financial budgets, final accounts and others. 9) Oversee daily operation and management of the Finance Department. 10) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior Education & Professional Qualification 1) Prefer Male and age 30 years old and above. 2) Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or financial management, with the title of accountant and above. 3) Knowledge to operate China Accounting Software (用友U8财务系统). 4) Preferable who had experience work with China GLC companies. 5) More than five years of working experience in corporate finance, including more than three years of experience in accounting or report preparation for real estate companies. 6) Familiar with accounting standards and related financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies of Malaysia and China 7) Proficiency in using financial software, strong Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 8) Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, communication and coordination skills and the ability to withstand pressure. 9) Detailed oriented, dedicated to work, loyal to the company, and have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
