**Finance and Admin Executive**
**Responsibilities**
- Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions of bookkeeping
- Managing company’s Account Payable and Account Receivables and performing monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor the company’s cash flow. Ensure accurate transactions are properly recorded.
- Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and other relevant professional authorities to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis.
- Liaise with clients and business partners in all accounts-related matters.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Manage company payroll, KWSP, SOCSO, and Income Tax matters.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
- Coordinate/participate in company events/programs/projects.
- Other related duties that may arise from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financing or Accounting
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and result-driven
- A thinker, not a doer.
- Good time and stress management
