**SUMMARY OF OVERALL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

The purpose of this roles is to receive and process sales order online with clients. This include accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records and relay order insturctions to production team. By completing the following tasks well, this person will play an critical roles in bridging the sales team request to production department, and the customer expectation is well managed.
The purpose of this roles is to be accountable on company financial position. This include sending invoice to customers, collect payment from customers and issue purchase order to suppliers. By completing the following tasks well, this person will play an critical roles in updating the company financial performance day to day.
**SPECIFIC DUTIES & TASK**:

1) Update all supplier invoice to bill and update in the accounting system. (Xero Accounting System)
2) Update all collected payment into accounting system. (Xero Accounting System)
3) Update receivable and payable reports.
4) Send invoice to customers
5) Collect payment from customers
6) Arrange order delivery to customers
7) Issue Purchase order to suppliers
8) Prepare monthly payroll and utilities payable.
**KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL ESSENTIAL**:

1) Competency in English, Mandarin and Malay Language.
2) Experience in Accounting/Finance ( >3 years)
3) Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Xero Accounting System.
4) Attention to details and rigor attitude.
**KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL DESIRABLE**:
1) Experience in complete full account report
2) Experience in handling account work in manufacturing company
3) Skill in Xero Accounting System
4) Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
**MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDAND AND/OR KEY PERFORMANCE**:

1) Timeliness on company financial update.
2) Timeliness payment to suppliers.
3) Timeliness of payment collections from customers.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
