Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- Initiate and drive converged conversations to align with Enterprise direction by encouraging account insights and persona driven funnel activity.
- Identify and propose cross-selling opportunities to build healthy converged pipeline by understanding domain and sales segment strategy.
- Co-creating account plan, craft value proposition and defining winning sales strategy with domain sales specialist and sales segment to meet sales target on annual basis.
- Project strong sense of direction and leadership in overall account management and communicating effectively to domain sales specialist and sales segments by setting clear expectation and action plans to win the deal.
- Develop strategy for identifying, driving & closing opportunities for “Managed Network Services and System Integration (SI) Products & Services”.
- Become the trusted partner and consultant to craft the right to win strategy by building and managing strategic relationships with related stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Accountable to drive Collaboration P&L, drive growth with new product development and ensure existing product performance.
- Represent pursuits during internal account review and management sessions to meet team’s objective by sharing insights and potential challenges and identify support required.
- Ability to challenge various deal domains on overall approach to encourage creative solutions by understanding customers’ wants and internal business direction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, managing, escalations, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success through cross-department coordination & project management.
- Demonstrate complete approach to Managed Network Services Sales business operations (Forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity qualification).
- Create, update and present marketing collaterals, including data sheet, white papers, competitive analysis and case studies.
- Communicate feedbacks on requirements/features to Product Marketing and Development team.

What do you need to have for the role?

Formal Education

Degree holder and above.

Work Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in similar role in Converged Solution Management and System Integration role for a large local or multi-national enterprise.

Skill/Knowledge
- Relevant Years of Experience in Managed Network Services, System Integration (SI)
- Significant experience in Sales, Business Development or and Account Management
- Highly developed applied thinking and displays sound judgement
- Drives innovation to ensure products and services developed are different in the market
- Creative and Innovative - Generating ideas and benefiting the team/ department.
- Capacity to engage, influence stakeholders and drive virtual cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
- Capacity to define the strategic, drive and deliver strategic direction
- Communication -Strong in internal & external communication and coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Planning & Organizing - Priotise & accommodate multiple demands & unexpected events, flexible in adjusting individual plans as needed. Able to work under limited supervision to complete non routine tasks/ projects.
- Interpersonal. Pleasant. Easy to approach and engage in conversation. Build strong relationship with others. Uses diplomacy and tact to diffuse tense situations comfortably.
