This is **a LEADERSHIP role** If you are innovative, tech-savvy, data-driven, and have significant experience in handling both paid & organic digital marketing campaigns as well as having a good understanding on digital marketing sales funnel to effectively drive brand awareness and business expansion. You might be the right fit for our organization

**To ensure success in this role, you will need**:
~ Solid understanding of digital marketing paid & organic operations (especially in Meta and TikTok).

~ Lead the brands digital presence in social media.

~ Analyze and optimize campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape.

~ Acquisition & lead generation by initiating strategic digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

~ Develop, execute and deliver end-to-end digital marketing strategy & campaigns

~ Create compelling contents for social media platform and constantly able to propose fresh ideas. Stay updated to the newest advertising trend in social media and constantly survey on the effective advertising materials in similar industry.

~ Take part in Live Streaming as host on TikTok and Shopee to introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews, user experience and interact with followers.

~ Prepare monthly Live Streaming schedule and manage other part time live hosts.

**Job Requirements**:

~ Well versed in relevant digital platforms with a creative mindset, looking for new and compelling ways to reach new customers.

~ Energetic, enthusiastic & strong commercial awareness.

~ Forward-thinking team player with a hands-on mentality.

~ 1-3 years (s) of working experience in a related field with a proven track record is beneficial

~ Bachelor Degree /Post Graduate Diploma /Professional Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or any similar field.

~ Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English (strong proficiency in BM is an added advantage)
